Seven floors of offices plus two representative ones, the headquarters of the health department of the Basque Country in Bilbao designed by the Coll-Barreu Arquitectos studio seems to be the direct result of Frank Gehry's way of seeing architecture in Bilbao. In the basement there is an auditorium and more below two floors of parking lots. The spectacular façade also solves the needs of energy, fire and acoustic insulation, a climatic improvement that allows the elimination of the conventional air conditioning system and the false ceiling.
